Great service and recommendations at this restaurant. We totally enjoyed our dinner. Love all the dishes. Cheese was soft slightly warm, very aromatic aftertaste. The fettuccine served in creamy sauce and truffles was perfect and savoury. Braised veal risotto was creamy and delicious. We almost wanted to skip the dessert altogether since we were full but decided to order anyway. We enjoyed both the tiramisu and crème brûlée. Great dining experience. I would love to go back again. 12 Aug ‘23 Wow. Very wow. Food nice, decor nice, but most of all, service is top notch. Every single person who works there is proud to work there and most importantly sincere and friendly. Paolo the manager is also super friendly and attentive and generous. Food was superb. Value was great. Didn’t know this place was literally next to our office. Definitely will go again. If you haven’t been here before, go lah.

Otto’s service was great - the crew were friendly, attentive and gave great recommendations. Really enjoyed the starters esp the parma ham with cheese. The lobster chunks in the pasta were fresh and juicy and complemented well the tangy spicy pasta sauce. The duck confit was average though and i thought the meat could be more tender. Enjoyed the tomatoes with cheese crust though! Would have loved my tiramisu with more alcohol content side. ^^ But overall, otto has great food and would come back for more pasta.

To try dishes: - Burratina with Tomatoes and Parma Ham, (I'm not a cheese person but this is one of the only cheese dish I will have. Creaminess from the burrata paired with the savoury aged parma Ham and the acidity of the cherry tomatoes. Perfect combination in your mouth! - Spaghetti with sea urchin and Sardinia grey mullet bottarga, (my go to pasta when I'm here at OTTO. This dish has a burst of umami flavour and the saltiness from the bottarga. Pasta is cooked to al dente. Do share this dish with your friends and family!) - Special of the day: Wagyu Ribeye (the steak was cooked to medium rare, which is the best way to eat a steak! Steak had so much flavour and was delicious. Even better than some of the steakhouses in Singapore. Potato was crisp on the outside and soft in the inside. Layered with a coating of butter!) The above are my top dishes you should try at OTTO. I've been visiting OTTO for many years and the food is always amazing and most importantly, consistent. Not forgetting the fantastic service by Paolo and team! It is one of my top Italian restaurants in Singapore.

Went for set dinner tasting menu and had an overall enjoyable meal. Each dish felt technically well executed, though with the exception of the prawn pasta lacked any “wow” moments. This could however be due to my personal expectations of needing some element of surprise (texture, flavor contrasts, ingredient pairings etc…) for restaurants at this caliber. The one pleasant surprise was the local prawn pasta where the prawns had been “cooked” using an ultrasonic device that rendered the prawns in what was effectively a raw state, but increased the firmness and sweetness. This provided a lovely contrast to the salty and (very) al dente pasta it was paired with. The wait between courses could’ve been shortened, though under most circumstances, this wouldn’t be noticeable when paired with good wine and conversation. Looking forward to a return visit.
